1) **AVOID "DOUBLE POSTING"!**
Use the "search" feature at the top of the page to see if a topic has been discussed before. Then just jump in on an existing discussion instead of starting a new thread. Threads which discuss the same topic will be merged.

2) ~THINK TWICE BEFORE STARTING A NEW TOPIC
Please don't post.."just to post".. we don't want to fill up the board with superfluous stuff like "Is Alex Hot" or "Does Jason take his coffee with cream".. ok that last one is an exaggeration ..but you get my drift.

Please think about whether there is a purpose for your post..other than just to "chat"... If you just want to chat.. you can do so in the "Social area".

3) NO SPECULATION ON ACTOR's PERSONAL LIFE
We do not allow any speculation concerning the actors' personal life.. especially their relationships ..with family, significant others, children etc. If there is a news story that states a FACT about a relationship or some aspect of an actor's personal life.. then it is fine to discuss. However, if you see a photo or read a story that does not give facts, but makes you speculate as to the nature of a relationship.. keep it to yourself!

Also, we do not allow unauthorized private photos (from myspace or other sources) and/or paparazzi photos of Actor's children. If it's a posed shoot for a magazine, then that's fine..but no "out and about" razzi photos allowed.

Any posts requesting or listing personal info on ANY actors..
address, phone etc.. will be deleted

4) NO "CAMPAIGNING" FOR "MORE MOONLIGHT".
This means in posts, signatures or avatars. While all of the admins at this site love Moonlight, we feel that this is a fruitless effort. It can also make people who are not "into" campaigning uncomfortable when they are pressured by those who are still enthusiastic. There are some other sites that still are campaigning for a movie, or more episodes. Please limit your campaigning efforts to those sites.

5) TOPIC TITLES -- Please make sure the title of a new topic describes the post.
Good Title: "New role as ___ for ___" or "So and So signs for role in new film"...
Bad Titles: "read this!" or "hey!" or "ouch!" or "la la la" or "omg" or "lol!"

6) NEED HELP? GOT QUESTIONS?
Post ANY questions you have about anything concerning the board..and they will be answered by whoever has the answer. This doesn't apply to personal questions, but simply computer/internet/board inqueries.

Again..feel free to PM any of the Admins at any time with questions that are not of interest to the entire board!!

7) PERSONAL SIGNATURES
No images over 600 pixels in width and 400 pixels in height may be used in signatures
File size limit: 200KB....
Keep in mind that JPG/JPEG have smaller file sizes than GIF, PNG or BMP.

No "Animated Gifs" as signature banners.
Please respect other poster's sanity and make sure your signature code is Board-friendly.

8) BAD BEHAVIOR, WARNINGS and BANNING:
Warnings are usually given before anything is done, but for more severe "crimes against humanity" a post may very well be closed or deleted without any notice.

*Warning System*. You will see only your own warning level under your name.
Admins can see everyones levels... other than that.. ONLY YOU can see your own warning level.

If your warning level is raised.. you will get a PM or email with the reason.
If you get so many warnings that your level reaches 100%..
you will be put on "Mod Review" (Your posts will not show up until approved by an admin) or in extreme cases of abuse.. you will be banned.

Types of "crimes" which warrant a warning are:
-Personal attacks a.k.a. Flaming, including on other members, actors/actresses ..post is deleted and poster "warned"
-Being a butthead and not realizing it ..poster is notified and if no change/appology is made posts will be deleted and "warning" given
-Being a butthead and knowing it (poster is notified and "warning" given.. and if no change is made poster will be banned)
-Posting with a huge signature over regulation size or an animated gif ..poster is notified and if no change is made signature will be deleted and "warning given"
-Publically chastising decisions made by Admins. The Admins are human beings who are doing this job just for the love of the board and the membership. They do not deserve to take any junk from any member for any reason. If you have an opinion on something decided by the admin team..please PM the Admin directly, or if you are uncomfortable doing that, PM another Admin to discuss it. Do not post it publically. One such post will result in a "warning"..continously doing this..may result in being banned.

Please Keep in Mind.. We do not BAN for no good reason!
We will NEVER ban anyone without good reason..and without much discussion amongst the admins.
The only people who will be banned, are those who have a pattern of posting really inflammatory posts and or/disgusting language .
And even then, you can be assured that person will be warned multiple times before banning.
Banning is a last resort measure.

9) No posting of pornographic material OR links to pornographic material.
Posts will be deleted immediately.
This includes all "naked" pics..frontal or not.. and all "sex scenes" if they show below the waist.

10) No Political or Religious Discussions
If you start one..it will be deleted.

11) No using computer slang..shortened words.. or writing in pArT cApS .. this makes posts very very hard to read.
If you find it impossible to post in normal english.. don't post.
This rule does not apply to people for whom Engish is not their first language..we will always be patient with minor grammar and spelling errors..

12) Please do not copy entire posts and or threads from other Forums.
While we realize that the majority of posts/threads that might be quoted.. are harmless.. there are some forums that are trouble. We ask that if there is something that you find interesting.. share..but with no links or quotes. We do not want to bring problems from "other" sites over to this one.
